Should Christians have anything to do with the entertainment trends? Should they go to movies? Are there books we should stay away from? Should we play sports or watch TV? These are good questions. And the answer for the Christian is normally, “It depends on your conscience.”

This book from the Christianity Today Study Series tackles these questions. This study shows that while Hollywood may not have God on their minds, He has them in His. Many of the things that the entertainment industry puts out shows God at work.

In eight weeks, this study leads those using the books to make a more informed choice as to what to watch, read, listen to, etc. Though the material may not be godly, you can still God at work. There will still be movies that we as Christians should not watch as they are glorifying a sinful lifestyle. But that does not mean that some that may have a bit here or there that we are supposed to stay away from them.

This is a good study for teaching a youth/young adult Sunday School Class. This will make them think about their viewing/listening habits and being able to glorify God.
